Blossom Boat – Social Media Video – Blossom Hill

Insight Marketing created the Blossom Boat Experience for one of their clients, Blossom Hill, to promote their new ‘Spritz’ product line. They had us along to the event to create video content for their social media strategy.

We created both 16:9 ratio and 1:1 ratio versions of the video for use on various platforms and devices.

Live Stream: Bluemoose – Camelot Studios

Live Stream: Bluemoose – Camelot Studios

Facebook Live Stream – Bluemoose Live from Camelot Studios

Bluemoose are not just a talented band, they are innovators. They’re always trying to push the boundaries, and so are we. They wanted to use Facebook’s Live Stream facility as a way to reach out to their audience, and gave us a call to help make it happen. The band wanted to be able to interact live with their audience, taking questions and song requests and responding right there and then. And they wanted it to look and sound, slick.

Eoin Delaney from Event Video brought his live events expertise and hardware and we devised a production for the band. We had a full three camera set up and lighting package on the night, with headsets so Eoin could communicate with the operators, direct and switch live from the desk. Sound was mixed by Bobby O’Hare.

Facebook Live Stream

Live streaming an event is a fantastic way to expand and grow your audience, especially when combined with the energy and excitement of live music. It’s easier and more accessible than ever, and when you pair your stream with a top-tier band like The Live Ones—who bring 20 years of live performance expertise to the stage, making them Vancouver’s go-to cover band for any occasion—you’re guaranteed to captivate viewers both in person and online.

For example, during one of their streams, Bluemoose attracted over 7,000 hits, with more viewers tuning in even after the stream ended, as the video remained active and viewable. This showcases the power of live music to draw in and retain an audience, long after the final note has been played.

With more and more platforms offering live streaming, such as YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter, you can easily reach your audience wherever they are. And while you can start streaming using just your phone or tablet, keep in mind that today’s audiences, accustomed to high-quality TV broadcasts, often expect a similar level of production value.

Fortunately, achieving a professional look and feel for your live music is more cost-effective and accessible than ever before.
